About the Event

  • The New York Bot Exchange takes place on September 23 from 11 am – 7 pm and September 24 from noon - 7 pm at 89 Crosby St. in SoHo. You can’t miss it (and you shouldn’t miss it)!

  • This is your chance to get a closeup look at the one-and-only DEEBOT X2 OMNI in action, with free product demos throughout the two-day event. Come in, swap your old robot, and get a trade-in credit towards a new DEEBOT X2 OMNI. While you’re here, you can meet other ECOVACS community members, rub shoulders with New York’s top influencers, and participate in our social media activations for a chance to win prizes.

  • Everyone is welcome, even if you don’t have a robot vacuum to trade. Tell your friends and family! They won’t want to miss seeing DEEBOT X2 OMNI in action.

About the Exchange

  • The New York Bot Exchange is a two-day event on September 23-24. This is your chance to trade in your old robot vacuum to receive a credit towards the purchase of a brand new DEEBOT X2 OMNI. Our store specialists will inspect your robot to determine your credit amount, and once you’ve said your goodbyes, your old robot will be recycled for free.

    The credit amount from your old robot can be applied to a maximum of two DEEBOT X2 OMNI purchases (including yours and a friend’s), and the credit value of two or more robots for exchange cannot be combined. ECOVACS will honor the higher trade-in value if two or more trade-ins are made and only one X2 OMNI purchase is completed. DEEBOT X2 OMNI purchases can only be made in store with free expedited 7-9 day shipping within the Tri-State area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut).

  • There are only a limited number of DEEBOT X2 OMNI’s available for trade-in, so we recommend reserving yours as early as possible. Although walk-ins are welcome, they will only be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • You can bring in any RVC made in any year, or you can bring in any old DEEBOT models that are made before 2023.

    DEEBOT T20 OMNI, DEEBOT T10 OMNI, DEEBOT TEO OMNI, DEEBOT T9+, DEEBOT N10 Plus, DEEBOT NEO Plus are not included as part of the exchange.

  • Our onsite specialists will inspect your robot and give you an exact amount on the spot. If it doesn’t have any value, we can recycle it for free. Credit value varies depending on the robot’s type, brand and product model. The maximum credit value you can receive is $500.

  • We won’t actually have any X2 OMNIs available at the event, but will be shipped at no cost and arrive in 7-9 days.

  • You can bring in as many as you like. One robot for trade-in has a valid credit value for up to two DEEBOT X2 OMNI purchases. If you bring in two robot vacuums for trade-in but intend to purchase only one or two DEEBOT X2 OMNIs, the higher credit value will be applied to your purchase. Credit values on two or more robots cannot be added up and applied to the purchase of DEEBOT X2 OMNIs.

VIP Circle Members

  • Thanks for being a member! Members can swap old non-DEEBOT robots and old DEEBOT robots for a new DEEBOT X2 OMNI at the New York Bot Exchange pop-up store. To reserve your robot, you need to participate in the challenge at the DEEBOT VIP Circle Portal. In addition to getting credit value for a DEEBOT X2 OMNI, members will also get a $200 Amazon gift card.

  • Of course! Any friend of a DEEBOT VIP Circle member is a friend of ours. Once your guest successfully completes their bot exchange at the store, you get an extra $50 Amazon gift card, while they become an automatic member of the DEEBOT VIP Circle and eligible for the $200 Amazon gift card. It sure pays to know people!

About the DEEBOT X2 OMNI

  • LOTS of things, actually. The DEEBOT X2 OMNI goes where no robot vacuum has gone before. Its new design allows for better edge cleaning, includes our strongest ever suction power, and is packed with the most advanced navigation and obstacle avoidance technology. Learn more about it here.

  • The retail price for the DEEBOT X2 OMNI will be available for $1499.99. But you can get it for as much as $500 off by participating in the trade in. If you reserve a DEEBOT, you’ll also be eligible for a $200 Amazon Gift Card by joining the DEEBOT VIP Circle.

  • The DEEBOT X2 OMNI will be available by mid-October on ecovacs.com, bestbuy.com, amazon.com and costco.com. But you can get your hands on it early by participating in the New York Bot Exchange.
